Hello! I'm Kos! Founder of Willow Wellness & Pilates.
I have been practicing pilates for over 15 years and I love that it helps both the body and the mind.
You can really leave your day at the door and clear your mind on the mat and leave class feeling taller, more aligned and centred.
I loved the benefits of pilates so much that I decided to become an instructor - studying through Polestar Pilates Australia.
I'm passionate about helping others live their best lives with a strong body and mind.
I believe that pilates is for every single body and that you can achieve a strong body without thrashing yourself. I believe in progress over perfection and if we can consistently roll out the mat once or twice a week, we'll reap the benefits.
In my classes, you won’t hear language such as “burning off our treats” or “working on our beach bodies”. Pilates is not about changing our bodies to fit a certain mould. Pilates is about strengthening our bodies as it currently is and building our confidence to break out of the mould.
I’m passionate about mindfulness and wellbeing as well. It’s all connected: the mind and body.
Pilates, meditation, breath work and journaling together works to strengthen the connection between the mind and body leading to a fulfilling life.
